Dr. Johanna Budwig Diet

I have been eating one of the Budwig diet recipes for a while. 

The ingredients:

6 tablespoons of low fat organic cottage cheese
2 tablespoons of organic flax seed oil
1 tablespoon of organic flax seeds. 

Blend the cottage cheese and flax seed oil using a hand-held blender well.  Using a grinder, a coffee grinder, to grind the flax seed.  Add the flax seeds to the cottage cheese mixture. 

Put it on your toast or crackers.  It is good and healthy.  I feel more energetic.  I read one of Dr. Johanna Budwig books,  apparently, this recipe helps the cell to absorb more oxygen.  Flax seeds have 10 times more Omega 3 than fish.

I have the DVD which shows how to prepare the food for cancer patients.  My sister is very wise to say why wait till you have cancer then only change your diet and lifestyle.  Why not do it now to prevent it?
